Panoplia is an ancient Greek word that means, full or complete armor.
As it says in Ephesians 6:10-18, we are to put on our whole armor of God to stand our ground and battle with the powers of dark and the spiritual forces of evil.

Jeremy Sisson, MBA
Jeremy Sisson is the Managing Director of Panoplia Consulting Group. He manages a team of subject matter experts who are able to deliver world-class results for their candidate clients. He has been a servant leader in the community for the past twenty years and counting. During that time he sat on the Board of Director's (or was actively involved with) the Better Business Bureau, United Abolitionists, Florida Association of Veteran-Owned Businesses, Guys with Ties Philanthropy, Jobs Partnership of Florida, Central Florida Down Syndrome Association's Entrepreneurship Academy, Seminole County Regional Chamber of Commerce, The Salvation Army, Street Team Movement and the Camaraderie Foundation.
The last two years he was part of the Men Wear Pink Campaign to support fundraising for the American Cancer Society. In 2021 he was party to a Small Business Institute National Award. In 2019 his brokerage received a Philanthropy of the Year Award from the Orlando Business Journal for their work in the community. He also personally has received an Entrepreneur of the Year Award. In 2018 he received a Man of the Year Award from the Orlando Family Magazine. He's received a Best Commercial Real Estate Brokerage Award from the Orlando Business Journal, an Advocates for Children Award, the YCMA of Central Florida Volunteerism Award, a Board Member of the Year Award and the Amy Van Bergen Generosity Award.
In the political space, he previously worked for the Majority Leader of the House of Representatives in the State of Kansas and has been active in campaigns for over twenty years. In 2020 he was a candidate himself for the Florida legislature, where he won his primary by a 16.5% percent margin and secured over 41,000 votes in a general election against one of the most well-funded incumbents in the State. He received broad-based bipartisan support, along with a financial contribution from the current Florida Speaker of the House of Representatives, the Honorable Paul Renner.
In his race, he was endorsed by the Florida Chamber of Commerce, the Florida Association of Veteran-Owned Businesses, the Conservative Ministers of Central Florida, the Florida Family Action Policy Council, the Hispanic Chamber of Commerce, the Orange County GOP, the Orlando Sentinel, the Republican Party of Florida, East Side Regional Chamber of Commerce, many Republican, Democrat, Libertarian and Non-Partisan mayors, commissioners & legislators.
Lastly, he has twenty two years of applicable business management experience with an in-depth knowledge of personal branding, comprehensive marketing, budgeting, strategic and organizational planning, coaching and client development. He and his team are well-positioned to help their candidate clients successfully execute and win their political campaigns.
